To become a mentor is fairly easy.
It is based on the player crafting 1-2 craft trees to 50k proficincy, also try using unused crafting tree on the poll along with one equipment crafting tree.
Also helping to build the guild to become strong, friendly, efficient and helpful. The fun in the guild usually just happens : )
